About Me
I offer an integrated therapeutic approach using a range of psychotherapy interventions, to help you make the changes you need to move on with your life. The treatment you receive will be as unique as you are, to help bring about deep and therefore lasting change.

I live locally with my family and I trained at Masters Level at the renowned National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, one of the longest established and most respected hypnotherapy/hypno-psychotherapy training institutes in the world. I am also a member of the UKCP and an Associate Member of The Royal Society of Medicine.
My qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and also a BA (Hons.) degree and a Post Graduate diploma from Kings College, London. I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the National Society of Hypnosis, Psychotherapy and Mindfulness; I abide by their code of ethics.
I am trained in integrated psychotherapy including hypnotherapy, behaviourism, psychoanalytical theory, psychodynamic therapy, NLP, person-centered, humanistic therapy, psychopathology and also trauma interventions including sensorimotor and poly vagal therapies. I have full professional indemnity insurance and in keeping with my professional code of conduct, I undergo regular supervision.
